Trish Rogers is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Unless. Before joining Unless, Trish was an equity partner at Moye White LLP. While there, she was Co-Chair of the firm’s Financial Institutions Group, a leader in the firm’s Impact Investment and Social Entrepreneurship practice, and a member of the firm’s management committee.

Trish has extensive experience representing private equity firms, family offices, angel investors, and commercial banks with both US and cross-border debt and equity investments. Trish has a passion for working with impact-focused entrepreneurs across industries. She provided corporate and financial advice in connection with entity structuring, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters, and regularly advised boards on corporate governance. She also has in-depth experience with private capital funds, and has assisted clients with fund formation, document preparation, tax, securities, and regulatory compliance issues.
